Character Description
Pantera singer Phil Anselmo wanted Brandon Lee to give him a role in this movie, and Brandon suggested Phil the role of Top Dollar the main villain of the movie and Phil also auditioned for the role, but unfortunately the audition was unsuccessful and Phil was dropped from the movie, and actor Michael Wincott replaced him in the role.
