Character Description
Harper is Alex's best friend, Lord Vortech's arch-rival and Troy's great friend. She was horrified when she saw Lord Vortech near Namaari's dead body and reported it to the police and got Lord Vortech arrested for murder and Lord Vortech is now seen as a criminal thanks to his actions. But thankfully, she brought Namaari back to life using her reviving powers.
