The oil seller stealthy-attacker, hypnotic-controller, safecracker of the International League of Heroes known as the “Dandelion Scale”, Diane Foxington’s best friend and second in command and Mr. Snake’s love interest. She and her family were in traditional ritual of western American Native Indian Gypsy fortune tellers of good deeds for generations by her mother Willow Dove and her late father Sheriff Ranger.
