Fan Casting Kitty Pryde in The Astonishing X-Men (READ SYNOPSIS BEFORE CASTING)

Kitty Pryde is a young Jewish girl whose mutant ability is to phase through solid objects. She is very proud to be both Jewish and a mutant. She was found out by everyone in her school and decided to leave because she hated how they treated her. When she receives an invitation for a new school for mutants she convinces her BFF (Bobby Drake, a secret mutant) to come along with her because she knows it will be good for him.
