The CEO of Oscorp Industries and Harry Osborn's distant father. Norman Osborn is a successful businessman, a gifted chemist, and most importantly, a man who never apologizes. Notoriously ruthless in his business practices, he nevertheless tries to insert himself in Peter's life as a role model and mentor, viewing the young man as highly intelligent and self-made — unlike his actual son, that is.
