Character Description
Introduced midway through season 1, it is revealed that Green Arrow's former sidekick got addicted to heroin and joined the league of assassins. He is frozen and is thawed out years later by static. He has lost an arm and wants nothing to do with his mentor. He befriends static and the gang and is somewhat the brawns of the group.
