The main antagonist of the series, a powerful businessman director of the scientific company called Oscorp, in the public image is a sinister but respected man, but secretly he collaborates with organized crime and terrorist groups such as Hydra to sell weapons and financing experiments to create supervillains. His madness leads him to experiment with the supersoldier serum on himself, but it develops a dissociation personality disorder, developing a homicidal alter ego that turns him into the supervillain known as "The Green Goblin." In season 5 he becomes president of the United States and obtains the Iron Patriot suit.

    In the last season he would have symbiosis with the Carnage symbiote, becoming the final villain "The Red Goblin".

    The important thing for the actor to play Norman Osborn is that he knows how to interpret that duality of personality between a sinister businessman and a psychopath with a sense of humor. That's why my main suggestion is Robert Carlyle, since he played with those two personalities when playing Rumpelstiskin / Mr Gold in Once Upon a Time.
