in the episode: Dolphin mayhem, it is revealed that Flora is afraid of dolphins, Psycho Delic then dumps mutagen onto a dolphin creating this evildoer and Aldolphin was born, Peter, Miles, Bloom,Stella, and Danny fought bravely to save Flora,Musa, Aisha and Tecna who were captured by this villain and defeat him and Peter replies with "I think Psycho Delic means business."
