Mr. Tulio was the owner of Domino's Pizza, a pizzeria in Manhattan with a 29-minute delivery guarantee, where Jim Hawkins worked as a delivery boy for some time. However, Jim's secret double-life as Spider-Man affected both his labor performance and punctuality. When faced with an order of eight extra-large deep-dish pizzas for the law offices of Harmattan, Burton & Smith, Mr. Tulio had to first wait for Jim to return to the pizzeria. With only eight minutes left to travel forty-eight blocks to deliver the order, Mr. Tulio gave Jim one final chance to keep his job.
