Knuckles is a friendly rival to Sonic as well as the sole guardian of Angel Island and the Master Emerald. He is a tough and wild treasure hunter who enjoys action. Despite this, he considers defending his home as his number one priority. He's also quick to anger and has plenty of strength, which can make for a dangerous combination.
