Character Description
Ramlila is one of the NPCs who helps you in Shockodile's domain. He is one of the water spirits who lives in Shockodile's domain, and after his lover is kidnapped by Brain's forces, he sets off across the seas to rescue her. Fancasted VAs must be Indian or at the very least South Asian.
