A minor villain that you encounter in Mermajesty's domain. Overfisher is a trophy fisherman who wants to fish everything he can out of every body he sees, and has been hurting the oceans of Mermajesty's realms by fishing all the wildlife out of them—something Mermajesty aims to stop.
