The avatar from the first game, who makes his return as a storyteller of sorts. Neil was away on a mission investigating strange activity, which in turn led to him learning of Brain's schemes and forcing Brain to take cover—but, unfortunately, complications of Brainly origin caused him to be a little too late to inform the rest of the heroes about Brain's plans. So, he instead joins the heroes in exploring the Lowlands and stopping Brain from taking over Skylands, starting from the bottom. Early 20s.
