A portal master from Jamaica who studies the Dark Element, and notably participated in what would eventually become known as the first Worldly Exchange Program five years ago. Now in his early twenties, Arthur has channeled his passion for justice to study law so he can become a lawyer to defend those who need it, but despite his busy schedule, has returned to serve as a judge and mentor for this year's Worldly Tournament... Or he would have, if the party wasn't crashed by villains from Skylands! Now, he's working with a bunch of young, wannabe heroes to save the games and stop the bad guys.
