Character Description
Tsering is an elder of the Frostfest Mountains who's practically seen it all, from the oldest celebrations to the newest festivities—it's even said that he's personally witnessed events most only consider legends! When the Frostfest Mountains begin hardening over as a result of the sudden surge of magic, the heroes come to him to find help in stopping it. Fancasted VAs must be Tibetan or at the very least Asian.
