Kaos's mom and a renowned and feared evil portal master in her own right, Kaossandra acts nice on the surface, treating her minions well and playing nice with her opponents at first. However, she's incredibly conniving and sly, isn't one to give up quickly, and thinks poorly of her son due to his repeated failed attempts to conquer Skylands. In the original games, she speaks with a medium-range voice that is smooth and elegant but powerful.
