Freeze Blade's family moved from his homeland of the Frozen Wastelands of Vesh to the Great Lava Lakes, a change that was very hard for Freeze Blade. As the years passed, he not only adjusted to his new home but learned that he could ice skate on any surface, even bubbling lava—an ability that came in handy when he rescued Blast Zone from spell punks, which led to him becoming a Skylander.
