Character Description
Ruggles is the Academy's magic consultant, for he has a special connection with all Skylands' elements due to being born under a rare phase of the moon. If a curse is afoot or a spell doesn't seem right, he's the one to go to! So, when the balance of Life and Undead is disturbed, he's sent out alongside the Skylanders and portal masters to investigate. Fancasted VAs must be Indigenous.
