Rocky was once cursed with a singing voice so good that it made everyone around break out into hapless dancing fits, and was forcibly kept as a carnival attraction for most of his life. It wasn't until the Skylanders freed him of the artifact that gave him this power that he got to leave and lead a peaceful life, but after the forest he took refuge in begins dying, he seeks their help once more.
