Character Description
One of the villains that appears in the past segments. King Rottengriever is a skeleton king only in name who leads the Underworld's armies. He's dead-set (pun intended) on conquering the living realms as well as the undead so he can rule them both, and he won't listen to whatever anyone else says about the war being bad for them all. Perhaps, some force is needed to make him stop.
