Fan Casting Light Feathers in Skylanders: Down to Earth DLC - Hunt for the Elements

A member of the Element Switchers. She's a peacock dancer who has the ability to switch between the Light and Air elements, and joined the Element Switchers after using her dance skills to fight off a group of villains that tried to stage a heist during one of her dance shows. Her group of heroes has guarded the Isle of Elementals similarly to how the Skylanders guard the rest of the Skylands, and she happily teams up with them to stop the Titans.
