Fan Casting Hazy Daze in Skylanders: Down to Earth DLC - Hunt for the Elements

A member of the Element Switchers. He's a dragon with the ability to breath steam rather than fire has the ability to switch between the Fire and Water elements, and joined the Element Switchers after using his skills to confuse a group of villains that had come to his village looking for their sacred relic. His group of heroes has guarded the Isle of Elementals similarly to how the Skylanders guard the rest of the Skylands, and he happily teams up with them to stop the Titans.
