The former king of an underseas kingdom that was driven to ruin and its people scattered to the seas by oil-drilling trolls. Wham-Shell may be pompous and haughty due to being royalty, but does carry with him a strong sense of justice, and a great desire to find his missing people and someday return his homeland to its former glory. Vaguely adult-aged.
