An eccentric inventor with a PHD in CRIME, Dr Krankcase is a genius inventor who decided to use his smarts for the sake of evil. However, there's a bit more to the old doctor than what's under the hat, including a nasty incident in inventor's school that led him down the path of evil which only he and his old classmate Mags know about. At least middle-aged.
