From the mobile game spin-off Skylanders Ring of Heroes. Nine is an unused portal master from the game with very little known about them, but it's believed that they would've been the Magic portal master if they were added. All that's known is that they're a wizard with a bit of an affinity for space, going by appearance. Presumed to be about 15-17 years old.
