Character Description
Doctor Neo Cortex is a mad scientist who vies for world domination, and aimed to do so by mutated local wildlife to turn into an ultimate army of soldiers—but that didn't exactly work out, because it just created Crash and Coco who stopped him then. And every other time he's tried to conquer the world, for that matter. Thanks to mishaps with the Mirror of Mystery, Cortex and his foes have arrived in Skylands, and Cortex has now set his sights on conquering Skylands!
