One of the head scientists at the National Academy, namely teaching the newly created musical theory course. Galen often serves as a friendly face in contrast to the more austere Dr. Zaius. But while reasonable, he may not be willing to outright stand up to his superiors. But when certain secrets come to light, he may have to pick a side.
