Character Description
Lan Hikari is the main character of Rockman.EXE, along with Rockman.EXE himself. He is the typical stock shonen hero: hotblooded, loves food, impulsive, and thinks school and all things academic are boring. However, he's a net-battling prodigy, and he loves to net-battle after school with his best friend and rival Dex Oyama. When Lan gets possession of Rockman, he suddenly finds himself in incident after incident, and pretty soon, he gets into incidents that bend space-time. Some good casting ideas would be Casey Mongillo, Bonnie Gordon, Jessica Calvello, or Anairis Quinones.
