Character Description
My ideal suggestion for a voice actor for Eugene would naturally be a voice actor who can pull off an androgynous voice convincingly. I know I've suggested Kayleigh McKee for Iris, but she'd be a good Eugene, as would Maddie Taylor. Anyone who'd be able to pull off a deeper voice than Lan or Megaman's voice actors, but still sound convincingly androgynous, should work. A YouTube clip of Eugene's voice has been linked so you can give a good fit for his unique voice.
