Persê, long ago, was a beautiful sea nymph. She was married off to the titan, Helios, who controlled her freedom and forbid her from the ocean. From him, she birthed Circe, Aeëtes, Pasiphaë, and Perses. She was saved by her child following their escape from Aeaea; but, in her freedom, she developed a phobia of the Sun, of her husband. She was far to scared to be outside during the day, thinking he would see her and capture her back, but she began to lose herself being trapped indoors.
