Echo comes from a kingdom of water dragons that revered the sacred Pearl of Wisdom, a source of infinite knowledge. Part of that reverence meant that everyone around was required to speak in whispers, which posed a problem for the loud, boisterous, music-loving Echo but became her biggest boon when she used her voice to save the pearl from thieves.
