A Canadian portal master who specialize in the Water Element. Harper has always been a particularly serious and somber type, one who chills the air just by walking, and it always shows in the way she sings. She has a passion for opera, particularly the somber and sad kind, and it's said that when she sings, the world around turns cold—metaphorically and literally, as she gained powers over ice and snow when she came to Skylands and channels her magic through singing.
