Character Description
Hugh Dawkins always possessed the metagene ability to take on a form similar to a Tasmanian Devil. At first, it left him feeling like an outcast, until he saved his father's life. When he did, Hugh began to use his abilities to fight crime, becoming the Tasmanian Devil, Australia's premier superhero. Eventually joining the Global Guardians, Taz would later join the Justice League, and serve with both teams in distinction. Recently, Hugh would be killed by Prometheus, who left the modern Global Guardians devastated, until Malavar from Gorilla City saved Hugh. Now in the new JLI, Hugh also has found some romance with fellow Leaguer Starman.
