Character Description
A slippery gangster in the day, Patrick "Eel" O'Brian was shot by a guard when trying to pull a heist at Crawford Chemical Works, with a unique experimental acid fell into his wound. Collapsing at a monastery, Eel would recover, then learned he could stretch and change his shape, but being at the monastery led Eel to another transformation, leading him to become Plastic Man. Virtually immortal and very malleable, Plas would work with the FBI, the All-Star Squadron, and even the JLA, bringing his unique sense of humor in the fight for justice.
