Virgil Adams was a scientist who worked for S.T.A.R. Labs' Manhattan facility. He spearheaded the Project Nano program, which failed and led him removed from the project. Angered when the project succeeded where he failed, he wanted his due credit, and when he didn't get it, he broke into the lab and took the Nano suit and several scientists hostage, before being bested by Cyborg. With the Nano suit, Virgil is a walking arsenal due to its ability to alter and contort it's physical shell, forming a variety of geometric shapes as well as being impervious to most physical attacks.
