Character Description
A brilliant scientist who didn't have many friends due to his appearance, Jervis Tetch loved reading "Alice in Wonderland", and when his mind fractured due to his schizophrenia, he would develop his supervillain persona off of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, using his knowledge of computer engineering as well as hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Though believed to be dead, Hatter has found ways to fake his deaths in the past, as he continues to be more of a threat to the Batman family and the world at large.
