Character Description
Jason Burr was the twin brother to Jeffrey Burr, the original Kobra. Recruited by the CIA to combat the Kobra Cult due to their psychic link, Jason would be killed when Jeffrey used a neural neutralizer to ensure Jason could die without harm to him. Soon, after Jeffrey was killed by Black Adam, the Kobra Cult revived Jason, who would take over the organization, wiping out anyone who viewed Jeffrey as their savior. He also has other ambitions for the organization, some that may not tie to the Cult's ambitions to worship Kali Yuga.
