Character Description
A government agent who worked with Henry Bendix, Ivana Baiul, and Miles Craven, John Lynch was a decorated member of their group, who would soon learn of Ivana and Bendix's plans to exploit the potential metagene factor in others they knew, including himself, putting the mother of his son Bobby at risk. Going underground with his own strike force, John would come to the Tabula Rasa base, and with Young Justice and some of the "subjects", would break apart the ring for now, as he gathered five to form the group "Gen 13".
