Character Description
A negotiator for the Cooperative, Arnus crash landed on Earth in 1839, where he was discovered by a slave named Miriam, whom Arnus took the appearance of but as an infant. Given the name "Augustus", he grew up in four generations, taking the identity of his son, grandson, and great-grandson. As a conservative lawyer, Augustus fought against all injustice, but also kept secret he had incredible powers until he met Raquel Ervin. Eventually convinced by Raquel to be a superhero, Augustus took on the name of Icon, being a prominent hero in the Black community as well as an ally to Superman and other heroes.
