Character Description
When he was just the prince of Markovia, Brion Markov took on a huge responsibility, when he allowed Dr. Helga Jace to use her theories to trigger his metagene, allowing Brion to manipulate gravity and control the power of the Earth. Together with Batman and others, he would save Markovia from Baron Bedlam, then become a charter member of the Outsiders, also finding his half-sister Tara, who became the Titan Terra. Over time, Brion would ascend to the throne of Markovia, and be a part of the JLA as well, as his powers now have grown to include his sister's, as he balances politics with being a superhero.
