Character Description
A petty criminal all his life, David Clinton realized he was being arrested because he did not take the time to plan his crimes properly, which led him to make time work for him rather than against him while admiring the efficiency of prison life. Learning all he could about clocks and their mechanisms, Clinton would make a costume and call himself Chronos, using advanced clock themed weapons and time devices to aid him, even after his death, though he would rise again due to the nature of time travel.
