Character Description
An unscrupulous but necessary Chinese "mad scientist", Chang Tzu (also known by one of his "nine thousand and nine unmentionable names" of Egg Fu) is in an egg-shaped form, able to "incubate" to regenerate himself. He has had connections to organizations like the Great Ten, Checkmate, and even being part of the "Science Squad" on Oolong Island. However, what Chang Tzu is truly known for is his mad experiments! No matter where he is, or what incarnations there is, he is truly a "bad egg".
