Character Description
The former director of Arkham Asylum and carrying on the legacy of the Arkham name, Dr. Jeremiah Arkham took on his vocation from an attempt to stop a man with a shotgun. Over the years, he used aversion therapy to try to help the many patients of Arkham Asylum, but eventually he would snap, taking on the identity of Black Mask from the deceased Roman Sionis. Having amassed many of Gotham's criminals and super-villains into his grasp, Black Mask was dangerous, but now, the irony of his attempts to help people as Dr. Arkham has led him to be a patient at Arkham Asylum.
