Character Description
The first known champion for the wizard Shazam, Teth Adam had been blessed with god-like powers as Mighty Adam, until the day his home Kahndaq was destroyed while he aided Prince Khufu. Driven to make sure no one else suffered as he did, he became a dictator, leading Shazam to seal him into a scarab, and giving him the name "Black Adam". Centuries later, Theo Adam, Teth's descendant, would find the scarab on a dig with the Batsons, and awaken his ancestor, and bring Black Adam into the modern age.
