Character Description
A human-Edenoi hybrid warrior and son of Dex Stewart, the Masked Rider who briefly aided the Power Rangers in the past. In his civilian life as Ted Stewart, he also attends Golden Falls University alongside the High Noon Rangers as a graduate student double-majoring in political science and criminal justice who Jessie has a crush on. Ted is often off on his own adventures fighting the remnants of Count Dregon's armies, but he sometimes finds himself teaming up with the Power Rangers to defeat a common enemy. (inspired by Kamen Rider Kuuga, Fourze, Decade, and Build)
