Character Description
The creator of the Power Coins who helped the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers when they needed new powers to fight Rito Revolto. The High Noon Power Rangers would later approach him to do the same to them. Despite his bumbling and sometimes rude nature, Ninjor is a skilled fighter with a strong sense of justice and possesses a wealth of helpful information on the Morphing Grid and the Power Rangers.
