A pretty and popular influencer accepted into Golden Falls University because her mother was an alumnus before her. Born into a life of luxury in Silver Hills, Jessabelle had pretty much everything handed to her if she requested it, making her very spoiled and lazy. When her family's influence allowed Jessie to enroll in Golden Hills University as a sociology major and become roommates with the Amarin sisters, it came with her parents deciding that Jessie should use this opportunity to learn how to live independently and not exploit others for her benefit. While Jessie is hesitant at first and doesn't make a good first impression on her future fellow Power Rangers, she slowly grows into a more caring and self-sacrificial young lady who serves as the High Noon Rangers' moral center, often giving up what she wants in favor of helping her new friends. However, she doesn't want to admit it out of fear of weakness and has a razor-sharp wit that could compete with Mei's. Jessie controls the Green Owl Westernzord in her Power Ranger form and wields a bow and arrow in combat. Jessie is also proficient in sambo and savate. "Green Ranger, wise as the owl!"
