Treecko is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Swiftness. He's an old friend of Pikachu's from the Meadow Zone, and has been putting his skills learned from there to use in Kartana's attractions. After talking to him as Pikachu, you can befriend him and tag him in for certain attractions.
