Fan Casting Toxel (English Dub) in PokePark Switch: Carnival of Wonders

A young Pokemon that Eevee befriends in the Ring of Instinct, and the Poison-type member of her party. Toxel's a baby Pokemon that was separated from their family by Hoopa, and Eevee's party takes them under their wing, acting as their honorary older siblings and caretakers until they get back home. When Toxel takes too many hits, they fly into a raging tantrum that deals large amounts of damage to enemies and stuns them.
