Mewtwo is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Laughter. It's a wanderer who generally keeps to itself, and is somewhat famous for its incredible psychic powers. After battling with it, you can befriend it and tag it in for certain attractions, and in addition Mime Jr and Espurr can train with it to increase the power of their own Psychic-type attacks.
